Terms of Service
Welcome to gewihoodie.com. These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the website, products, and services provided by Chi Shing Limited. By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from gewihoodie.com, the customer agrees to these Terms. If the customer does not agree, the customer must not use gewihoodie.com.
Eligibility and Account
The customer must be at least 18 years old or have legal guardian consent. The customer must provide accurate, current, and complete information during account creation and checkout. The customer is responsible for account credentials and all activity under the account. Chi Shing Limited may suspend or terminate an account for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or unlawful conduct.
Orders and Payment
All orders are offers to purchase. Chi Shing Limited accepts an order only after order confirmation is sent. Chi Shing Limited may refuse or cancel an order for product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms. Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. The customer is responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and shipping charges. Payment must be completed before order fulfillment. Chi Shing Limited accepts payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include PayPal and major credit or debit cards. The customer warrants that payment information is valid and belongs to the customer.
Shipping
Chi Shing Limited ships clothing products to addresses provided by the customer. Delivery timelines are determined by the carrier, destination, and customs processing. The customer must provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon carrier delivery confirmation. Chi Shing Limited is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or incorrect addresses.
Returns and Refunds
Chi Shing Limited provides a strict 14 days no-reason refund policy. The customer may request a refund for any reason within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, the customer must contact Chi Shing Limited at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery and follow return instructions. Returned clothing must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have original tags attached. The customer must include the order number and proof of purchase. The customer bears return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective. Chi Shing Limited may reject a refund if the returned item does not meet these conditions.
Refund processing begins after Chi Shing Limited receives and inspects the returned item. Refund processing and arrival to the customer's account takes at least 14 days. PayPal refunds take at least 14 days. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to damage or defect.
Damaged or Defective Items
Any claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt. The customer must contact Chi Shing Limited at [email protected] within exactly 7 days of receipt and provide the order number, photographs of the damage or defect, and a description of the issue. Chi Shing Limited will review the claim and may request additional evidence. If approved, Chi Shing Limited will provide a replacement, repair, or refund. Claims submitted after exactly 7 days of receipt will be denied.
Prohibited Conduct
The customer must not use gewihoodie.com for unlawful purposes. The customer must not interfere with website security, attempt unauthorized access, transmit malware, scrape data, or place fraudulent orders. The customer must not harass Chi Shing Limited staff or other customers. Violation may result in account suspension, order cancellation, and legal action.
Intellectual Property
All content on gewihoodie.com, including text, images, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Chi Shing Limited or its licensors. The customer may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without written permission from Chi Shing Limited. The customer may not use trademarks, service marks, or trade dress without written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chi Shing Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Chi Shing Limited is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. The total liability of Chi Shing Limited for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the product giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, or liability that cannot be limited under Hong Kong law.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
The governing law is Hong Kong law. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong. Before legal action, the parties must attempt good-faith negotiation for at least 30 days after written notice. If negotiation fails, disputes must be resolved in Hong Kong courts.
