Products, Orders, and Pricing
All clothing descriptions, measurements, colors, styles, and availability are subject to change. MY Universe (HK) Limited reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order. Prices displayed at checkout are payable in the currency shown. Payment must be authorized before order processing. MY Universe (HK) Limited may correct pricing errors before shipment and may cancel orders affected by such errors.
Payment and Billing
Customers must provide valid payment information. MY Universe (HK) Limited may use third-party payment processors. Customers authorize MY Universe (HK) Limited to charge the selected payment method for order totals, shipping charges, taxes, and applicable fees. Orders may be placed on hold if payment verification fails. Customers are responsible for any bank fees or currency conversion charges imposed by their financial institution.
Shipping and Delivery
MY Universe (HK) Limited ships clothing to the address provided by the customer. Delivery timelines are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon carrier delivery. MY Universe (HK) Limited is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, incorrect addresses, or events beyond reasonable control. Customers must provide accurate shipping information and promptly respond to carrier inquiries.
14 Days No-Reason Refund Policy
MY Universe (HK) Limited offers a strict 14 days no-reason refund policy for eligible clothing items. You may request a refund within exactly 14 days from the date of delivery without providing a reason. To qualify, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags and packaging attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase. You must contact MY Universe (HK) Limited at [email protected] within the 14 days to request a refund. MY Universe (HK) Limited will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective. MY Universe (HK) Limited may reject refunds for items that do not meet these conditions. Refund requests after 14 days are not accepted.
Refund Processing Time
After MY Universe (HK) Limited receives and inspects returned items, MY Universe (HK) Limited will process approved refunds. Refund processing and arrival to the customer's account takes at least 14 days. This period begins when MY Universe (HK) Limited approves the refund. Actual posting depends on the payment provider and financial institution. MY Universe (HK) Limited is not responsible for delays after refund initiation.
PayPal Refund Timeframes
For PayPal payments, PayPal refunds take at least 14 days. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. This applies to PayPal transactions. Customers should monitor their PayPal account for refund confirmation. MY Universe (HK) Limited cannot expedite regional legal timelines.
Damaged or Defective Goods
Any claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt. You must contact MY Universe (HK) Limited at [email protected] within exactly 7 days of receipt. Include the order number, clear photographs, and a description of the damage or defect. If approved, MY Universe (HK) Limited may offer a replacement or refund. Claims submitted after exactly 7 days of receipt are not accepted.
Cancellations and Order Changes
MY Universe (HK) Limited may accept cancellation requests before order fulfillment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Shipped orders are subject to the 14 days no-reason refund policy and return conditions. Order changes are subject to availability and may require cancellation and replacement.
Returns and Exchanges
Returned clothing must include all original packaging, tags, and accessories. MY Universe (HK) Limited recommends trackable shipping for returns. MY Universe (HK) Limited is not responsible for returns lost in transit. Exchanges are subject to availability. If an exchange is unavailable, MY Universe (HK) Limited will process a refund under the 14 days no-reason refund policy.
Intellectual Property
All content on gewihoodie.com consists of text, graphics, logos, images, product photographs, and code. This content is owned by MY Universe (HK) Limited or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without written permission. Trademarks, service marks, and trade names are protected. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use gewihoodie.com for unlawful purposes, infringe rights, transmit malware, scrape data, interfere with security, impersonate another person, or submit false information. MY Universe (HK) Limited may terminate access for violations. You must not attempt to disrupt gewihoodie.com or gain unauthorized access to systems.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MY Universe (HK) Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption. Indemnification

Termination

Upon termination, your right to use gewihoodie.com ceases. Sections concerning intellectual property, liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or related to them or gewihoodie.com are governed by Hong Kong law. The courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction. Before legal action, parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution by contacting [email protected].
Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and MY Universe (HK) Limited regarding gewihoodie.com and supersede prior agreements. Failure to enforce any provision does not waive that provision.
Changes to These Terms
